What you receive
A photographic report locating each finding, its severity and our recommendation, delivered in English or Portuguese. The report is the base for maintenance budgeting: you prioritize what is urgent and plan the rest. When we execute the maintenance ourselves, the inspection value is typically discounted from the service.
Certified eyes on the structure
Inspections are performed by IRATA-certified technicians with NR-35 training, under an engineering responsibility note (ART). For anchor points we follow the applicable ABNT standards and deliver individual certificates per tested point.
